Provide a virtual environment with active characters that react to user behavior according to defined exercises, evolving in time according to the attitude of the user and its gestures against the virtual avatar.

Our Customer Service Simulator allows maximum flexibility in defining the training scenario. Before engaging in a real situation, we can configure:

  • The environment, with regard to location and appearance of the place where the exercise happens.
  • The type of conflictive character at which facing.
  • The different states through which will pass the training situation, as a graph.
  • The definition of what is a success and a failure of the exercise.
  • The set of correct and incorrect body attitudes from the student.
