Terrain generation suite for flight simulators


Need to summarize and automate processes for generating databases of virtual terrains to be used in flight simulators.


GIS application for editing and configuring maps and georeferenced files, both raster and vector. Data processing on GPU to minimize computation time.

Since 2006 we are developing in collaboration with Indra DBGS a terrain generation suite for flight simulators. Among the main features of this GIS application include the edition of georeferenced files (raster and vector) and the generation of databases of real terrains (elevations, normals, textures, infrared, radar, etc.).
